We have produced this wine since 1982, the year in which we built the first existing sparkling wine facility in the Chianti Classico region.
Spumante Dolce
This sparkling wine is produced from an aromatic grape varietal called “Moscato”. It aims to reach a delicate balance between its fruity bouquet, its pleasant sweetness, and the aromatic varietal nature of the grape varietal.
Farnito Brut
Based on an assemblage of Chardonnay wines from various vintages, the oldest of which have been aged in oak barrels. Because of its elaborate processing, this unique sparkling wine is produced in extremely limited quantity.
