QUALITY AND SECURITY POLICY

CONTEXT
The company has been operating in the wine sector since 1981, and has focused its business on the production of fine wines, consequently hiring professional and skilled staff as well as acquiring advanced technological equipment, such as:

-bottling plant with adequate production potential, equipped with a cleaning and sanitizing system

-tangential filtration and microfiltration system

-automatic thermal conditioning of wine vessels

-inert gas generator for controlled atmosphere bottling, along with sophisticated analytical control instruments

 

 

QUALITY SYSTEM
This Quality Policy is intended as a tool to better business processes, whether aimed towards customer satisfaction or towards internal operators, suppliers and properties. The policy has three main objectives:

 

Always keep satisfaction levels high, especially those of customers and partners.
Facilitate internal knowledge sharing, in particular among employees and collaborators.
Carry out objective assessments based on evidence and in compliance with rules and regulations in use.

The Quality Policy was born out of a managerial commitment to operate according to the requirements specified by the UNI EN ISO 9001 standard, current law, in addition to those of the IFS STANDARD, in a prescriptive way.

 

Obtaining certification in accordance with UNI EN ISO 9001 and STANDARD IFS is, for CARPINETO, a strategic competitive factor in the market, and evidence of the continuous effort made in pursuing the total satisfaction of both customers and partners.

 

CARPINETO Management’s corporate objectives are aimed at delivering high-quality products (connecting corporate objectives and customer expectations).

Appropriate interaction with customers and partners with the scope of creating value, while identifying both present and future needs for the success of the company.

CARPINETO Quality Management System is based on a corporate risk assessment approach that allows the organization to determine the factors that could generate process deviations from the ISO 9001 and IFS standards, and to implement preventative checks which could minimize negative effects to better seize market opportunities and anticipating trends.
Management ensures this policy is understood, shared and implemented by all its employees and collaborators, and at the same time agrees to share it with all interested parties using appropriate tools.

Measurable objectives are defined and monitored by management through periodic reviews, based on the general principles above.
